Clients will need to place their cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order. Skills242 Marketplace will only accept it when the project has not been started yet.

You are entitled to a full refund of the money you paid only if the payment made was for a future display of your ad or featured listing.
Meaning – Client pays for ads or featured listings today, but scheduled to go online in a few days later from payment date.
No refund policy
– There won’t be any refund for orders you decide to cancel after the payment is made if the ad or featured listing is to go online immediately after the payment is submitted. Again, there won’t be money back if the payment made was for a listing that is scheduled to go online immediately after the payment is approved.
But, Skills242 Marketplace will certainly keep your featured listing up and running until the expiration date.

For any third-party service, we would strictly not take any responsibility in case any problem arises.
